These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZedHires Zambia website and related services. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Job seekers
- Browsing and applying for jobs on the Service is free.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit.
- ZedHires is not the employer for any listing.
- Never pay any party — including anyone claiming to represent ZedHires — in connection with a job application.
4. Employers
- You may only post genuine vacancies for roles based in Zambia.
- Listings must comply with the Employment Code Act, 2019.
- You must not include discriminatory criteria, nor request payment from applicants.
- We reserve the right to refuse, edit or remove any listing.
5. Acceptable use
- Post unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or misleading content.
- Scrape, copy or republish content without our written consent.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
- Use the Service to harass, defame or stalk any person.
6. Intellectual property
The Service and all content provided by ZedHires are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Zambian law, ZedHires shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
11. Changes
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
